Muhammad Asif Khan, originally from Pakistan is a graduate from University of Peshawar with Bachelors in Social Studies. He moved to Sweden where he completed his MS LLM in Global, Political & Legal Studies. After completion of LLM, he further pursued his legal studies and received Diploma in Business and Legal Studies from Ireland in 2014.
As part of Utman Khel Law Associates Pakistan from 2006 to 2010 where he drafted a successful opposition to paramount motion of summary judgement in personal injury case involving $5 million in damages.
Muhammad Asif Khan has genuine interest and expertise in the field of law and business. He is expert in contract law, corporate law, IP and business & mercantile law. He served as contract officer in Al-Fahim Group of Companies Shenzhen, China from 2012 to 2013 where he handled various cases concerning tax and corporate legal rights. As part of Utman Khel Law Associates Pakistan from 2006 to 2010 where he drafted a successful opposition to paramount motion of summary judgement in personal injury case involving $5 million in damages. He also serves as a lecturer in Binus University Jakarta and lectures on legal aspects of economy.
