Registered Office Address
(You will need a registered office address to incorporate a company. MAM Corporate Solutions can assist you with Virtual Office or Serviced Office Address if you do not have an registered office address yet)
Business Activity & Total Capital
(Authorized capital should be more than IDR 50,000,000 and paid-capital should be at least 25% of the authorized capital which is IDR 12,500,000. Paid-up capital does not have to be injected immediately.)
Shareholders of the company
(At least 2 local Indonesian shareholders are required. Shareholders can be individuals or company)
Board of Directors
(Directors are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. They have access to bank account and they are responsible for all statutory compliance. At least one resident director is required. Resident director is either a director who is Indonesian citizen or a foreigner that has an appropriate resident permit in Indonesia)
Board of Commissioners
(Commissioner is like a Non-Executive Director that does not actually take part in running the company. The role of commissioner is to oversee the activities of directors. Please note that a person cannot hold the position of Director and Commissioner in a company simultaneously. Commissioner must be a Local Indonesian and must be resident in Indonesia)
